My good friend Buddy Lindsey, just shared an even better guess for Caleb Jenkin's new job. From the clues so far I'll have to agree, at least enough to submit it as a guess myself as well, Improving Enterprises, LLC. Are all the Microsoft Certified Architect's from Texas? :)
